These are chaotic times.
The world is noisy, fast, and uncertain.
And for those of us who feel everything, it’s easy to get swept up, shut down, or feel like we’re unraveling.
But what if you didn’t have to hold it all alone?
What if, instead of bracing yourself…
You took one sacred day to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with your own steady center?
This retreat is your sacred pause.
Holding Your Center in the Heart of the Storm is a virtual sanctuary—a one-day gathering for deep-feeling, wise-hearted women who refuse to pretend everything’s fine and seek a way forward that aligns with their heart.
Together, we’ll explore soul-rooted ways to:
Regulate our nervous systems and soften urgency
Process grief, fear, and overwhelm with compassion
Untangle from old patterns of helplessness or reactivity
Remember what it feels like to feel connected—to self, to Source, to each other
Discover the tools that support emotional resilience and embodied clarity
Reclaim the energy to become powerful agents of compassion and change
Are feeling the weight of the world and don’t want to shut dow
Are called to stay engaged without losing themselves
Crave connection and sacred space where truth is welcome
Are ready to shift out of survival mode and into intentional resilience
Want to meet the storm with wisdom, creativity, and courage
You don't have to feel "ready".
You just have to feel called.
Step inside The Sacred Pause Sanctuary and join us for a sacred day of reflection, ritual, and reconnection—Holding Your Center in the Heart of the Storm.
This is where we’ll gather. This is where you are already being held.
Holding Your Center in the Heart of the Storm is offered exclusively inside The Sacred Pause Sanctuary, my private community for deep-feeling, deep-thinking midlife women.
When you join us ($47/month or $470/year), you’ll step into this sacred day of ritual, reflection, and restoration—plus an ongoing sanctuary of creative exploration, soulful conversation, and authentic community.
In the sanctuary of our sacred space, we'll embark on a soul-nourishing exploration, weaving together elements of creativity, introspection, and playful discovery.
Come for the retreat. Stay for the Sanctuary. 🌟

I get it.
“Retreat” conjures images of being away from it all - maybe in the woods or a luxurious hotel on a beach. Rarely does it bring the visual of being camped out at the dining room table, in front of the computer.
I can imagine that some - especially those who have retreated in person before - are wondering if a virtual retreat can be a truly healing and transformative event.
What I learned during the pandemic and in the years since, through leading multiple virtual retreats and monthly community Gatherings on Zoom, is that the answer is a resounding "Yes!"
First of all, SoulCollage® and creative process are transformative tools whether you do them alone in your home, in a virtual community, or gathered together in the same physical space.
Also, I have come to realize that time and space are simply constructs we use to organize our world. I've found that when we come together with shared intention, when the space is mindfully cultivated and the process skillfully facilitated, that indeed the experience can be truly profound and deeply restorative.
Finally, a virtual option for this retreat allows people for whom the distance, time or expense of a ive retreat might be prohibitive now have an opportunity to participate that they wouldn't have otherwise.
The beauty of this event is that most of your time will be spent in creative process (making SoulCollage cards) and occasionally relaxing into a guided meditation. Otherwise you can either log off from Zoom or leave it open in the background. (We've found that many women enjoy doing that during our day retreats and creative play dates, just being able to glance up and see their circle sisters deep in creation.)
So worry not, you will definitely NOT be sitting, staring at the computer screen.
Please gift yourself... you will be amazed and opened and aligned with your true self should you surrender to the moments of inspired instructions.
My experience so surpassed my expectations...I was awed and led into a place of intuitive creation and expression and inner teachings. I am awed by the images that came forth and will revel in the messages for sometime.

The workshop is a beautifully woo-woo experience for reflection and intention-setting using craft work for the uncrafty.
You have a such a magical gift for not only taking us to deeper places but anticipating our needs as well. I always enjoy your guided meditations. They really bring me into me body and my third eye.

It was such a unique experience that brought me the ability/permission to reframe the bad parts of last year.
Last year was all mountain tops and valleys for me, and the thought of releasing some of that was what pulled me in. This was all new to me in a group setting and I really liked that. The fast pace of the collage work actually helped me stay out of my head.

This isn’t about bypassing reality.
We all know the storm isn’t going away.
But you don’t have to face it alone—or get swept under by it.
This is about meeting these times—together—with tenderness, clarity, and creative power.
There is a center inside you that hasn’t been lost.
Let’s tend to it—together.
Let’s tend the light. 🌟
Join us inside The Sacred Pause Sanctuary to step into this live gathering—and stay rooted in sacred community moving forward.
